He shares a communication framework and ‘behind the scenes’ strategies to use when teens are not yet ready for change.

Wiplove Lamba is Toronto trained addiction psychiatrist who primarily works with people who use drugs. He completed the education scholars program in 2020 and has an interest in the overlap of substance use, chronic pain, and trauma. He believes that working with people who use drugs can be a general medical skill and is currently leading the development of the substance use service at Sinai Health System.
